Dear users of the IS of the SRC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) informs that since the first day of Eid al–Adha (June 17, 2024, Monday) was previously announced by the Spiritual Directorate of Muslims of Kazakhstan, it was postponed for June 16, 2024 (Sunday) and the additional day off was canceled, the directory of weekends and working days was updated in the information systems of the Committee.

During the update, a technical failure occurred and in fact the directory was updated in the Taxpayer's Office on July 13, 2024.

Thus, notifications, the deadline for which includes the date of execution on June 17, 2024 and executed after the deadline by 1 business day, are recognized as executed on time and penalties will not be applied to them in accordance with Article 741 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Administrative Offenses”.

However, the above will also be taken into account in the course of the Risk Management System.
