Isakov Kulmuhanbet Myrzahmetovich was appointed as a Head of the State Revenue Department of Astana city.

Today, on May 13, 2019, the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sultangaziyev Marat Eleusizovish introduced Isakov Kulmuhanbet to collective as a head of the State Revenue Department of West Kazakhstan region, who was appointed by the Order of Minister of Finance Alikhan Smailov.  

Isakov Kulmuhanbet Myrzahmetovich, born in 1969, Kazakh, has a higher education. His labor activity in the tax authority was started in 1992. He held various positions in the Tax Committee in Almaty city. He worked as a Deputy Head of the Tax Department of Almaty region, Head of the State Revenue Department of Almaty region. From 2017 he worked as a Head of the State Revenue Department of Zhambyl region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On May 8, 2019 by the order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed as a Head of the State Revenue Department for Astana city of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
