Orynov Galymzhan Kaldykozovich was appointed as a Head of the State Revenue Department of Kyzylorda region.

Today, the Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Beispekov Umirzak Kubegenovich and the Deputy akim of Kyzylorda region Kuanysh Dosmailovich Iskakov introduced Orynov Galymzhan to collective as a head of the State Revenue Department of  Kyzylorda region, who was appointed by the Order of Minister of Finance Alikhan Smailov.

Orynov Galymzhan Kaldykozovich, born in 1975, Kazakh, has a higher education: in 1996 graduated from Kazakh Consumer Cooperation Institute, in 2010 graduated from International Kazakh-Turkish University after K.A.Yassavi with specialization in economics, jurisprudence, master of economic sciences.

He works in the tax system from 1996. From 1996 to 2006 he held the position of the inspector, Chief-Inspector, Head of Division, Deputy Chairman of the Tax Committee of Kazygurt region of South Kazakhstan Region, from 2006 to 2007 - Deputy Chairman of the Tax committee of Saryagash region of South Kazakhstan Region, from 2007 to 2011 – Chairman of the Tax Committee of Kentau of South Kazakhstan Region, from 2011 to 2018 – Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department of South Kazakhstan Region. From 2018 – Head of Financial Support Management of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
