Over January of the current year, more than 2,100 individuals paid

the Unified Cumulative Payment (UCP).

 

At present, the UCP is paid by depositing money in cash or via wire transfer by payers through second-tier banks and branches of “Kazpost” JSC to the bank account of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens”.

The UCP is paid by payers independently or by a third party in their favour, indicating the month for which the UCP is paid.

For payers from the cities of republican significance, the capital and regional significance it ​​is paid in the amount of 1 MCI (2 525 tenge), for payers of other localities – in the amount of 0.5 MCI (1 262.5 tenge).

The State Corporation “Government for Citizens” distributes and transfers the UCP amount in the following way:

10 percent of the UCP amount in the form of Personal Income Tax to the state revenue authorities at the place of registration of the payer;

20 percent of the UCP amount in the form of social contributions to the State Social Insurance Fund;

30 percent of the UCP amount in the form of mandatory pension contributions to the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund;

40 percent of the UCP amount in the form of deductions for mandatory medical insurance to the Social Health Insurance Fund.

More than 2,100 payments have been received so far.

Online payment of the UCP is made through the website and terminals of “Kazpost” JSC, as well as via Kaspi Bank’s mobile application - kaspi.kz.

The UCP can be paid online via the electronic service on the E.gov portal, which will be implemented before the end of February 2019. As soon as the service is implemented on the E.gov portal, a similar service through the integration with E.gov will be implemented on the portal of the State Revenue Committee (kgd.gov.kz), as well as in the web application “Taxpayer’s Cabinet”.
