Dear taxpayers!

             The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs you that in connection with the transition of the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the cryptographic standard of the National Standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan GOST R 34.10-2015 (hereinafter – GOST 2015) and the refusal of the authentication key on the RSA algorithm, in the Information System of electronic invoices (hereinafter – IS ESF) the method of authentication via API and on the web portal for GOST 2015 keys has been changed.

             The modified authentication method is available from March 3, 2023 on Productive https://esf.gov.kz:8443 and test https://test3.esf.kgd.gov.kz:8443 servers of IS ESF. These servers will support two authentication methods (current and new for GOST 2015) until November 1, 2023.

             Please familiarize yourself with the changed authentication method and take these changes into account in your accounting systems by July 31, 2023. From August 1, 2023, the current authentication method will be unavailable in the ESF IS.
