The seminar on theme “Psychology of business communication and basics of oratory” was held

In the period from 5 to 7 June 2019 Education and Methodical Center of the SRC MF RK was held a distance seminar via videoconference on theme “Psychology of business communication and basics of oratory”.

The purpose of the event was to increase the competence of employees of the state revenue authorities in the sphere of psychology of business communication and basics of oratory.

The moderator of the event was Deputy Head of Education and Methodical Center of the SRC MF RK Biyekenov Serik Kenesovich.

Employees of the Central Administration of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the state revenue territorial authorities participated in the seminar.

The lecturer was Duisembayev Aikyn Shamshidenovich – the President of Practice Psychology Association of the city of Nur-Sultan, the Director of Psychology center «Kasiyet».

            The seminar participants have been familiarized with the basics in the sphere of Psychology of Business Communication, persuasion techniques, art of managing people, listening skills, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), and behavior in conflict.

The event was successful, as part of the planned program by active interaction between the lecturer and the audience.

According to the results of the seminar, certificates on successful professional development will be sent to the participants.
