SRC Chairman answered the questions of Tengrinews.kz readers

From February 6 to 19, 2019, the Internet Conference of the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan M.Ye. Sultangaziyev took place on the information portal Tengrinews.kz.

During the Internet Conference, readers of the portal sent more than a hundred questions on tax and customs administration.

Readers of the portal were mainly interested in the following topics:

- the procedure and timing for the submission of tax declarations;

- introduction of an overall declaration;

- bankruptcy of legal entities;

- tax debt check;

- calculation of vehicle tax;

- e-invoicing;

- refund of tax amount paid in excess due to mistake;

- property income;

- special tax regimes;

- Unified Cumulative Payment;

- registration of an online cash register;

- customs value control;

- tax benefits for mothers with many children.

The Chairperson of the SRC MF RK answered all the questions received.
