Tleules Zhanbolat Kiykbayevich was appointed as a Head of the State Revenue Department of West Kazakhstan region.

Today, on May 8, 2019, the Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Inkerbayev Zhaidar introduced Tleules Zhanbolat to collective as a head of the State Revenue Department of West Kazakhstan region, who was appointed by the Order of Minister of Finance Alikhan Smailov.

Tleules Zhanbolat Kiykbayevich, born in 1979, Kazakh, has a higher education: in 2001 graduated from the Central-Asian University, qualification – economist. 

He worked in the tax system from October 2001, from 2001 to 2004 – leading expert, main expert of the Tax Committee of Atyrau region, from 2004 to 2011 – main expert of International Taxation Management of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from 2011 to 2012 – Deputy Head of the Tax Management of Atyrau city, from 2012 to 2014 – Deputy Head of Tax Department of Atyrau region, from 2014 to 2018 – Head of State Revenue Management of Atyrau city, from October 2018 – Deputy Head of the Department of Taxation of Non-residents of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From May 8, 2019 – Head of the State Revenue Department of West Kazakhstan region..
